The 20 Most Popular Cocktail Recipes of 2023 - Imbibe Magazine Subscribe + Save

We’re always on the lookout for home-friendly cocktail recipes to share on imbibemagazine.com. But looking back at 2023, we discovered that the most popular recipes on the site were classic cocktails and familiar favorites from the year before.

In 2022, a tropical classic came in at #5 on the list, but in 2023, that same recipe seized the top spot, pushing last year’s #1 Negroni Sbagliato to #2. And once again, other Negroni riffs like the Boulevardier, Kingston Negroni, and Negroni Sour made an appearance, as did classic cocktails, including the Bijou, Clover Club, and Classic Negroni. Out of the many contemporary cocktails on the site, the ones that most captivated adventurous home bartenders included variations on classics, such as the Last Word–inspired Green Eyes and the Negroni-inspired Bicycle Thief.

Here are the 20 most popular cocktail recipes featured on imbibemagazine.com in 2023—ranked in ascending order of popularity.
