Carrot juice folds perfectly into a medley of ginger and lemon.

For a fresh way to drink your veggies this season, try this booze-free carrot spritz. The recipe offers a delicious medley of ginger, lemon and carrot juice.


  • 3 oz. fresh carrot juice
  • 1 oz. ginger syrup
  • ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 drop vanilla extract
  • 1½ oz. ginger beer (Mlynarczyk uses Fever-Tree)
  • Tools:shaker, strainer
  • Glass:wine glass
  • Garnish:carrot curls and a sprig of parsley


Add all of the ingredients except the ginger beer to a shaker and shake hard for 5 seconds with ice. Pour the ginger beer into the shaker, then strain the contents into a glass over fresh ice.
