A tequila-based spin on the classic.

In this Bijou riff created by Sother Teague and served at Etérea in New York City, tequila establishes an earthy base note.

Ingredients

1 1/4 oz. reposado tequila
1 1/4 oz. sweet vermouth
1/2 oz. green Chartreuse
2 dashes orange bitters

Tools:mixing glass, barspoon
Glass:Nick & Nora
Garnish:cherry

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass and garnish.
