In this tropical take on the White Negroni, pineapple liqueur and a special house blend of Jamaican rums help balance the bitter bite of Suze.
1 ½ oz. Wolf Rum (or use your favorite Jamaican rum)
¾ oz. Suze
¾ oz. bianco vermouth
1 tsp. Giffard pineapple liqueur
Glass: Old Fashioned
Garnish: lemon twist
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a rocks glass filled with one large ice cube. Twist lemon peel over the top of the drink and garnish.
Wolf Rum: Combine equal parts Appleton Estate Reserve and Two James Spirits Doctor Bird rums, and bottle for use.
