A relative of the Manhattan and Brooklyn cocktails.

A relative of the Manhattan and Brooklyn cocktails, the rye-forward Red Hook cocktail finds its sweeter side with a splash of Punt e Mes and maraschino.

Ingredients

2 oz. rye whiskey
1/2 oz. Punt e Mes
1/2 oz. maraschino liqueur

Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass:cocktail

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled glass.
