Wine Cocktail: Peacock Buck

A fruity Spanish rosé sets an easygoing tone for this refreshing wine cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz. still rosé
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
  • 1/2 oz. ginger syrup
  • 1/4 oz. cane syrup (1:1)
  • Club soda, to top
  • Tools:shaker, strainer, fine strainer
  • Glass:wine

Preparation

Shake all the ingredients together with ice and fine strain into a wine glass over pebble ice. Top with soda.
