A velvety mix of berries and brandy.
Raspberry and pomegranate bring an undercurrent of berries to a duo of aged spirits.
Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake. Add ice and shake again to chill. Strain into a coupe and garnish.
Pomegranate Syrup: In a bottle, combine 5 parts pomegranate concentrate with 2 parts simple syrup (1:1). Shake to combine. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
