Memorial Day Weekend cocktail

A little sweet heat courtesy of a green chile vodka meets the richness of passion fruit and papaya in this summer medley.

Ingredients

1 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. St. George Green Chile vodka
1/2 oz. elderflower liqueur
3/4 oz. papaya purée
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. cane syrup (2:1)

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:Double Old Fashioned
Garnish:lime wheel, edible flower

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker. Fill to the brim with ice, seal, and shake hard. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish.
