Scotch and ginger find harmony with strawberries and hard cider in this highball.

Ingredients

1 oz. blended Scotch
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. ginger syrup
1 fresh strawberry
Dry hard cider

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:highball
Garnish:fresh strawberry and lemon wheel

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except cider, and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass, top with cider and garnish.
