A fresh and fruity swizzle.

In this swizzle from Rumba in Seattle, Barbados rum brings depth to a mix of lemon, orgeat, banana liqueur and bitters.


  • 1 oz. Barbados rum
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. orgeat
  • 1/2 oz. banana liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Angostura bitters
  • Tools:barspoon
  • Glass:Collins
  • Garnish:mint bouquet


Combine all of the ingredients in a tall glass and fill with crushed ice. Swizzle the drink with a barspoon until chilled and well-combined, fill the glass with more crushed ice, and garnish.
