Spanish Crown

This Daiquiri-esque cocktail stays nice and light with a cooling mix of pisco, maraschino liqueur and fresh grapefruit.


  • 1 1/2 oz. pisco
  • 1/2 oz. maraschino liqueur
  • 3/4 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 oz. fresh egg white (pasteurized if you like)
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • Tools:shaker, strainer
  • Glass:coupe
  • Garnish:dash of Angostura bitters and a grapefruit twist


Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
