Smitten Cocktail


This cocktail from Anvil Bar & Refuge combines bright citrus with layers of juniper, mint and the bitterness of Campari.

1 oz. London dry gin (Heugel uses Beefeater)
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
10-12 mint leaves
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: mint sprig

Shake all ingredients together in a shaker tin with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish.
