Cocchi Americano and green Chartreuse join forces in this Texas cocktail.

Inspired by ingredients from both sides of the Franco-Italian border, this low-proof refresher from Steven Robbins of Half Step in Austin is perfect for quenching thirst.


  • 2 oz. Cocchi Americano
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. green Chartreuse
  • Soda water
  • Tools:swizzle stick
  • Glass:Collins
  • Garnish:Lemon wheel


Combine the Cocchi, lemon juice, and Chartreuse in a Collins glass, then top with the soda water. Add crushed ice and swizzle to mix, then garnish.
