Rosé Negroni

Gin steps aside for two types of rosé in this low-ABV stunner.


  • 1 ½ oz. still rosé
  • ¾ oz. Cocchi Rosa
  • ¾ oz. Campari
  • 2 oz. sparkling rosé
  • 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
  • Tools:barspoon, strainer
  • Garnishes:grapefruit peel
  • Glass:rocks


Combine the still rosé, Cocchi Rosa, Campari, and grapefruit bitters in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and top with sparkling rosé. Garnish.
