Pineapple Daiquiri

A simple update on the traditional Daiq.

With a dose of pineapple rum in play, this pineapple daiquiri recipe from New Orleans is a simple pleasure.


  • 2 oz. Plantation Pineapple Rum
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
  • A few drops Angostura bitters
  • Tools:shaker, strainer
  • Glass:coupe
  • Garnish:lime wheel


Shake all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish.
