Paradise Swizzle

Welcome to paradise. This swizzle from Rumba in Seattle will whisk you away with its tropical combination of rum, coconut water and honeydew.

2 oz. white rum
1 oz. fresh honeydew juice
1 oz. coconut water
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
4 dashes Angostura bitters
Tools: swizzle stick
Glass: Collins
Garnish: fresh mint

Add all of the ingredients to a Collins glass. Pack with crushed ice, swizzle until frosty, then top with 4 dashes of Angostura and a sprig of fresh mint.
