OK Omens

This refreshing cocktail from OK Omens (one of our 2019 Imbibe 75 Places to Watch) blends the bittersweet flavor of Suze with the soft floral botanicals of Cocchi Americano.

Ingredients

3/4 oz. Suze
3/4 oz. Cocchi Americano
3/4 oz. triple sec
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
Pinch salt
Tonic, to top

Tools:barspoon
Glass:Collins
Garnish:lovage

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a Collins glass with ice and stir to combine. Garnish.
