Irish coffee milkshake

Nightcap meets milkshake.

To end the night on a sweet note, whip up this Irish Coffee Milkshake by Gospel Coffee and Boozy Treats at the Kimpton Hotel Fontenot in New Orleans. Simply blend together Irish whiskey, vanilla ice cream, coffee liqueur, and cold-brew coffee.

Ingredients

4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 ½ oz. Irish whiskey
1 ½ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
3/4 oz. coffee liqueur
1 ½ oz. cold-brew concentrate
Canned nitro coffee (to top)
Whipped cream

Tools:blender
Glass:milkshake
Garnish:dollop of whipped cream

Preparation

Add all the ingredients except the coffee and whipped cream to a blender. Blend until completely mixed together. Pour into a milkshake glass and top with a splash of nitro coffee and whipped cream.
