Fresh Post Gin Highball

A vibrant summer highball.

Suze and cucumbers in this gin highball make for a fresh and herbaceous sipper.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. gin (Spaeth uses Fords)
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. Suze
1/2 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
3 cucumber wheels

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:Collins
Garnish:2 cucumber wheels, freshly grounded pepper

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake to chill, then strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with club soda. Garnish.
