You’ll do a double take over this combo of genever, juice and rum.

3/4 oz. genever
3/4 oz. rhum agricole
1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. green Chartreuse
1/2 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: cocktail
Garnish: mint sprig

Combine ingredients and shake with ice to chill. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.
