Dirty Pickle Martini

The pickleback’s more elegant cousin, this simple, savory cocktail takes a passion for pickles to the next level.

2 oz. vodka
1 oz. spicy pickle juice (Di Tota uses McClures Spicy Pickle brine)
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: pickle coin

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish.
