Cucumber vodka helps make this cucumber sake martini from Le Fanfare in New York City extra crisp and cooling.

Ingredients

1 oz. cucumber vodka
2 oz. sake
1/4 oz. fresh cucumber juice
1/4 oz. simple syrup

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:coupe
Garnish:cucumber slice

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish.
