Cherry Circle Room

In the Old Fashioned from Chicago’s Cherry Circle Room, sherry and maple add a warming update to the classic.

Ingredients

2 oz. bourbon
1/4 oz. amontillado sherry
1 barspoon maple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Glass:rocks
Garnish:orange coin

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and sir to chill. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over a large chunk of ice. Express the oils of an orange coin over the top of the drink, and discard.
