Arancia Spritz


If you like a good sweet vermouth Spritz, you’ll love this iteration with orange curaçao.

Orange curaçao adds a dash of bittersweet depth to this lush Spritz.


  • 1 oz. sweet vermouth (Monteverde uses Carpano Antica)
  • ½ oz. dry orange curaçao (Monteverde uses Pierre Ferrand)
  • 1½ oz. club soda
  • 2 oz. Prosecco
  • Dash Angostura bitters
  • Tools:barspoon
  • Glass:wine glass
  • Garnish:orange peel


Combine the ingredients in a wine glass, except the Prosecco. Add ice and stir to chill. Top with Prosecco. Garnish.
