Puttin’ on the Spritz

Floral and bright, this lovely spritz is perfectly festive.

Ingredients

1 oz. St. Germain
½ oz. Cocchi Americano
3 dashes orange bitters
3½ oz. chilled Champagne or other sparkling wine

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:coupe
Garnish:lemon twist

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients, except the sparkling wine, in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe, top with sparkling wine and garnish.
