First released seven years ago as “drinking vinegars,” James Beard Award-winning chef Andy Ricker has reformulated his small batch vinegar mixers as Som Cane Vinegar Cordials and introduced two new flavors, including the standout Pineapple Szechuan Pepper. The use of organic cane vinegar at the cordial’s core keeps the juicy, bright flavor of fresh pineapple gleefully tangy and intact, while the additions of sea salt and Szechuan pepper lend pleasant bite of spice.
