This breezy strawberry cocktail combines berry-infused rum with Campari, lime and simple syrup.
1½ oz. strawberry-infused white rum
½ oz. Campari
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: strawberry slice
Shake all of the ingredients together with ice in a shaker, then strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish.
Strawberry-Infused Rum: Cut tops off of 15-20 strawberries, and slice into thirds. Add to one 750-milliliter bottle of white rum and leave in the fridge for 4-7 days. Strain strawberries out before using and store in the refrigerator.
