Blended Aperol Spritz

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. sparkling wine
  • 1 oz. orange-infused Aperol
  • 1 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
  • ½ oz. vodka
  • ½ oz. fresh orange juice
  • ¼ oz. fresh lime juice
  • Pinch salt
  • Tools:blender
  • Glass:vintage printed highball
  • Garnish:striped paper straw, half orange slice

Preparation

Pour in a blender and add 12 oz. of ice. Makes one 16 oz. serving.

Orange-infused Aperol: Add the grated zest of 4 large oranges to ½ liter of Aperol. Put in blender and process until very fine and emulsified. Let sit for 24 hours and strain.
