Autumn Aperitif: Lucano #2

The warm cinnamon notes of amaro meet the bright botanicals of gin in this ultra-refreshing autumn aperitif from Milan.

1 oz. Lucano Amaro
1 oz. gin
½ oz. cinnamon syrup
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
Chinotto, to top
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: stemless wine
Garnish: dried orange slice (optional)

Combine the amaro, syrup, gin and lime juice together in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a glass over crushed ice. Top with Chinotto soda and garnish.
