White Strawberry Negroni

white strawberry Negroni

A white Negroni kissed with a light strawberry flavor.

“The idea was to create a variation on a White Negroni but with fruit-forward notes from the vermouth,” says Hey Palu’s Alex Palumbo. “We love it because it has all the bitter elements of a Negroni but with a light strawberry taste. It’s delicious, replicable, and easy to make. ”Chamberyzette is a style of French vermouth flavored with strawberries; it debuted in the U.S. earlier this year.”

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. London dry gin
  • 1 oz. Chamberyzette vermouth
  • 1 oz. white bitter (Hey Palu uses Luxardo Bitter Bianco)
  • Tools:barspoon, strainer
  • Glass:rocks
  • Garnish:dehydrated strawberry (or slice of fresh strawberry)

Preparation

Stir all of the ingredients with ice until chilled, strain into a glass holding a large ice cube, then garnish.
