Smoky Cola Highball

The smokiness of scotch meets the subtle sweetness of cola.

Created by whisky aficionado Dave Broom and featured in Fever-Tree Easy Mixing: More Than 150 Quick and Delicious Mixed Drinks and Cocktails, this drink combines the smokiness of scotch with the richness of Pedro Ximénez sherry and the subtle sweetness of Fever-Tree Distillers Cola.

Ingredients

2 oz. Scotch whisky
2 tsp. Pedro Ximénez sherry
Fever-Tree Distillers Cola, to top

Tools:barspoon
Glass:highball
Garnish:lemon peel

Preparation

Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in the whisky and sherry. Top with the cola, stir to combine, then garnish.
