Pig Ol’ Bitties Scotch Cocktail

Whisky from Pig’s Nose inspired this drink’s cheeky name.

Banana liqueur makes this simple scotch cocktail smooth as silk. Bartender Julian Cox uses whisky from Pig’s Nose, which lends the drink its cheeky name.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. blended Scotch whisky
  • 1/2 oz. banana liqueur (such as Giffard Banane du Brésil)
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Tools:mixing glass, barspoon
  • Glass:coupe
  • Garnish:orange peel

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled glass, twist an orange peel over the top and discard.
