Raspberry gomme syrup creates a luscious texture in this split-base cocktail made with rye whiskey and Old Tom gin.
1 oz. rye whiskey
1 oz. Old Tom gin
¾ oz. raspberry gomme syrup
½ oz. fresh lime juice
Tools: barspoon, strainer
Glass: Nick & Nora
Garnish: dehydrated lime wheel
Stir all of the ingredients with ice to chill, then strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
