Paper Plane Cocktail

Originally created by bartender Sam Ross (who also devised the Penicillin cocktail), the Paper Plane cocktail is a bitter butterfly rooted in amaro and whiskey. The simple equal-parts recipe has landed on bar menus around the world.
Ingredients
- ¾ oz. bourbon
- ¾ oz. Aperol
- ¾ oz. Amaro Nonino
- ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
- Tools:shaker, strainer
- Glass:coupe
- Garnish:lemon twist
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients with ice to shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe, then garnish.
