Layover in Paris by Imbibe 75's Alicia Perry

A simple spritz recipe from San Diego’s Alicia Perry suggests a leisurely afternoon in the French capital.

Ingredients

3 oz. sparkling rosé
1 oz. chilled soda water
3/4 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
3/4 oz. grapefruit liqueur
2 dashes absinthe

Tools:barspoon
Glass:large wine
Garnish:grapefruit twist

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in an ice-filled wine glass and stir gently to combine, then garnish.
