Peaty scotch grounds a bright burst of tropical flavor in this refreshing cocktail.
¾ oz. Scotch whisky (Lavenue uses Laphroaig Select)
¾ oz. ginger liqueur
¾ oz. pineapple juice
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
3 dashes absinthe verte
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: mint sprig
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe, then garnish.
