Despite it’s odd name, The Monkey Gland cocktail is incredibly delicious.
1½ oz. gin
1½ oz. fresh orange juice
1 tsp. grenadine
1 tsp. simple syrup (1:1)
1 tsp. absinthe
Tools: shaker, strainer
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
