Whiskey Cocktail: Velvet Touch

The spice of rye whiskey meets the richness of Amaro Nonino and PX sherry.

Ingredients

2 oz. rye whiskey
3⁄4 oz. Amaro Nonino
1⁄2 oz. PX sherry

Tools:barspoon, strainer
Glass:cocktail
Garnish:orange twist

Preparation

Stir all of the ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express the oil from an orange twist over the drink, then garnish with the twist.
