One of the most refreshing classics.

Like a sparkling, spiked lemonade, the Tom Collins is one of the best classic coolers.

Ingredients

2 oz. gin
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
Seltzer or soda water

Tools:barspoon
Glass:Collins
Garnish:lemon slice and cherry

Preparation

Combine the gin, lemon juice and syrup in an ice-filled glass and stir. Top off with seltzer water and garnish.
