A simple vodka sour with a minty twist.

Shiso gives this simple cocktail a minty-fresh personality.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. vodka (such as Haku Japanese vodka)
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
2 shiso leaves

Tools:muddler, shaker, strainer, fine strainer
Glass:cocktail or coupe
Garnish:shiso leaf

Preparation

Muddle 2 shiso leaves with lime, simple syrup and vodka in a shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a coupe. Garnish.
