Pimlet Pimm's Gimlet

A brunch-ready blend of two classics.

What do you do when you want to capture the flavors of two of your favorite cocktails—the Pimm’s Cup and the Gimlet—in one glass? If you’re Tampa bartender Amber Carregal, you create a Pimlet.

  • 1 1/4 oz. gin
  • 1 oz. Pimm's No. 1
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
  • Tools:shaker, strainer
  • Glass:snifter
  • Garnish:cucumber ribbon, mint sprig, berry

Add all of the ingredients with ice to a shaker, shake, and strain over crushed ice. Garnish.
