Pale Aperale Spritz

A hoppy twist on the popular cocktail.

The Aperol Spritz takes on new life when a hoppy pale ale steps in for sparkling wine.

Ingredients

2 oz. Aperol
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
Light pale ale, to top

Tools:barspoon
Glass:rocks
Garnish:orange slice

Preparation

Pour the Aperol and lemon juice into a glass filled with ice. Top with a light pale ale and gently stir. Garnish.
