Refuge Greenhorn cocktail

A sophisticated Midori-laced sipper.

Softly bitter gentian liqueur bridges the gap between the crispness of tequila and the bright melon flavor of Midori.

Ingredients

1 1/4 oz. blanco tequila (Refuge uses El Tesoro)
1 oz. Midori
3/4 oz. Suze

Tools:barspoon, strainer
Glass:coupe
Garnish:green maraschino cherry

Preparation

Stir all of the ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe, and garnish.
