Dante NYC Sbagliato Sicilia

For a warm-weather sparkler, Dante NYC created this Sbagliato recipe featuring lemons, which Sicily is known for. Light and fragrant, the cocktail sings a citrusy character and a slightly bitter finish. Dante makes a proprietary limoncello, but any limoncello will work.

Ingredients

3/4 oz. Luxardo Bitter Bianco
3/4 oz. Dolin Blanc
1/2 oz. limoncello
2 dashes lemon bitters
2 1/2 oz. prosecco
1/2 oz. sparkling water

Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass:Collins
Garnish:fennel flower (or sub with a lemon twist)

Preparation

Add all of the ingredients to the glass over ice. Garnish.
