Caribbean Milk Punch


This is rich, boozy, interpretation of the classic New Orleans Brandy Milk Punch combines barrel-aged rum and bourbon for a double punch of flavor.

1 oz. Smith and Cross rum
1/2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. vanilla syrup
1 oz. cream
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: grated nutmeg

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until frothy, strain into a coupe and garnish.
