Bergamot Amaretto Sour

Bergamot Amaretto SourBergamot-flavored vodka plays with amaretto, lemon and frothy egg whites in this lovely amaretto sour.

1  1/2 oz. Square One bergamot vodka

1/2 oz. Luxardo amaretto
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz. agave nectar or simple syrup (1:1)
1 fresh egg white (pasteurized if you like)
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: cherries
Pour the egg white into a mixing tin and vigorously dry shake (no ice). Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice for another 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish.
