  • ½ oz. London dry gin
  • ½ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
  • ⅔ oz. fino sherry
  • ⅔ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 ½ oz. chilled prosecco
  • Glass:wine
  • Garnish:sprig of fresh basil
