Analogue’s Gin and Juice Recipe

A play on the popular “Gin and Juice,” this version adds maraschino for depth and a duo of bitters for softness and a lingering finish. Bright and easy-drinking, Analogue owner Jared Gordon says it’s a been popular since day one. “What was intended as a summer drink has turned into a house favorite.”


  • 2 oz. London Dry gin
  • ½ oz. maraschino liqueur
  • 1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes lavender bitters
  • 1 dash grapefruit bitters
  • Tools:shaker, strainer
  • Glass:coupe
  • Garnish:lemon twist


In a shaker filled with ice, combine all the ingredients. Shake to combine, then strain into a chilled coupe and garnish.
