One of fall’s most delicious ingredients complements the earthy notes of tequila in this fresh corn cocktail.
2 oz. blanco tequila
2 oz. grilled corn (by weight)
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. agave syrup
Tools: shaker, muddler, strainer, fine strainer
Garnish: Half rim of mushroom salt (1:1 ground mixed mushrooms to sea salt) or plain sea salt
Muddle the corn in a shaker tin. Add the remaining ingredients with ice and shake to chill. Double strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass rimmed with salt.
