California brandy’s richness is countered by gin’s spark in this adaptation of a classic cocktail.
1 oz. California brandy
¾ oz. London dry gin
1 oz. Cointreau
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
Tools: shaker, strainer, fine strainer
Garnish: orange twist
Shake all ingredients with ice and double-strain into a chilled glass. Garnish.
